Mitsunobu Koshiba joined Japan Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd. (now JSR Corporation) in 1981, and in 1990, he was transferred to Silicon Valley, U.S.A, where he worked to establish the semiconductor materials (photoresists) business in the U.S. market at JSR Micro Inc. After returning to Tokyo in 2002, he served as General Manager of the Electronic Materials Division and Director of Fine Chemicals Division before being appointed President and Representative Director in 2009. He served as Chairman Emeritus of JSR Corp. between June 2021 and June 2023. While concurrently serving as an outside director of Rapidus, and Non-Executive Chairperson of Fortaegis (Holland), he co-founded C-dos LLC (a thinktank) and is serving as a member of several government councils on advanced technology such as semiconductors and quantum technology, national economic security, and innovation strategy by providing policy recommendations and publicizing his opinions. Moreover, he is supporting deep-tech startups in Japan and overseas such as Spiber, TBM, and Quantinuum. Since 2019, he has run the Committee in Economic Security at the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives) as a chairperson.

After engaging in the research and development of wearable computers, consulting on development platforms, and technical sales at the Japan IBM Research Laboratory, Ken Tamagawa joined Amazon Data Services Japan as an Evangelist in 2010. He spearheaded the technical launch of AWS in the Japanese market before co-founding Soracom, Inc. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Information Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and an MSE (Master of Software Engineering) from the same university.

After graduating from the Faculty of Agriculture (BS), Kyoto University, Yosuke Tsuji obtained his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He worked at Sony Corporation and Monex, Inc. before establishing Money Forward, Inc. in 2012. Currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai) and Chairperson of its Startup Promotion General Committee, Executive Committee member of the Silicon Valley Japan Platform (SVJP), and Executive Officer of the Japan Association of New Economy.

Yuki Soga founded Penrose Japan Ltd., based in Tokyo and London, in 2020. Prior to that, she worked as a partner and Tokyo representative for a New York-based hedge fund. With 20 years of experience investing in Japan, she focuses on connecting Japanese companies with global markets, driving inbound and outbound investments, creating global synergies, and enhancing corporate value.
