Participants shall not assign, transfer, grant security interests on or otherwise dispose of the Service Agreement or its rights or obligations under the Terms without the prior written consent of Project Nippon.
Participants shall not take any action that may overload the ILS2024 Matching system. If Participants performs such an act, Project Nippon may take technical measures such as blocking measures for the purpose of maintaining security without prior notice, which will result in loss to the Participants. Even if it does occur, Project Nippon shall not be liable at all. Participants shall agree in advance that Project Nippon may take technical measures such as blocking.
Project Nippon shall handle information of Participants registered by Participants using ILS2024 Matching or information on the use of ILS2024 Matching by Participants in compliance with laws.

Even if some of these Terms are invalidated by law or final judgment, the other provisions shall continue to be effective.
This agreement and this agreement shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Simple Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance for all disputes related to this agreement.
Project Nippon has English version and Japanese version of these Terms of Use. If there are any difference between English version and Japanese version, Japanese version prevail.
