The Japan Electrical Testing & Research Institute (JET) has verified the capability to accurately assess the degradation state of lithium-ion batteries. Using the degradation diagnostic method named 'InshuTap criteria,' it remotely monitors lithium-ion batteries that undergo significant changes when powered to ensure safety. It also enhances the operational efficiency of energy storage systems and increases the value of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) through the visualization of battery degradation status.
