Gregory Glanzmann│Chief Commercial Officer, Tras | Former Head of Digital Transformation, BMW Motorrad

Gregory Glanzmann was born in Yokohama in 1980 and grew up in Japan, Hong Kong and Switzerland. He completed his main education in Switzerland, topping it off with an a B.A. in International Relations and an Financial Times top-ranked M.A. in Strategy and International Management (SIM HSG) from the University of St. Gallen. As a highly experienced hands-on sales and transformation expert, he has a track record of optimising and establishing new business models in global corporations Sony and BMW and cooperating to mutual gain with startups and other corporations, such as LEGO in locations including Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. As a proven leader and team builder, he has recently graduated from the corporate track joining Japanese SME Tras Ltd. as Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on the business strategy and digital and green transformation paths.

Kaname Saeki│ General Manager, BMW Motorrad

Born in Chiba 1982, grew up there except for few years in Hawaii at very early in life. While studying Law at Waseda University, he found a good connection between law and automotive business and joined BMW Group Japan first as an intern and later on as full time employee. He became an expert of car recycling at early stage of his career, and then experienced wide range of automotive business such as sales planning, product marketing, finance controlling and aftersales planning. In the course of long journey in car business, he was proven as good collaborative leader and assigned to be general manager of BMW Motorrad in Japan as of Dec. 2021.
