Global deployment using "WEAZER," a completely off-grid module that requires no electricity, gas, or water infrastructure

WEAZER is the "world's first" off-grid residential module developed by our company that is 100% self-sufficient in energy and water and can be installed even in places without infrastructure. The module generates electrical energy from solar power generation and produces drinking water from rainwater, resulting in zero CO2 emissions. This environmentally friendly product does not damage the nature of the installation site because there is no sewage drainage due to a special purification system. Since the units are manufactured at the factory according to the global standard size of containers, they can be easily transported anywhere in the world, and installation can be completed in one day since the units are simply assembled at the site. This can be used to provide comfortable accommodation space of MADE IN JAPAN quality in remote locations around the world where there is no infrastructure, or as shelter in the event of a disaster or emergency. In addition, since the latest EVs can mutually supply and demand energy with WEAZER, the "WEAZER VILLAGE" concept, in which the entire city is off-grid, will also be developed.

In a decarbonized society, there will be more opportunities to handle high currents. Copper wiring is mainly used for high current transmission. However, the copper connection surface has an oxide film, and microscopically speaking, resistance is not lowered due to point contact. In addition, water and oxygen can enter the contact interface, causing degradation over time. Even in the case of the \n switch, the contacts deteriorate due to arc discharge, shortening the life of the switch when handling high currents. The proposed \n technology uses low-melting-point metal between the metal terminals to eliminate the interface by making contact across the entire surface of the electrode, ensuring low resistance and long-term stability. In the \n switch, a mesh-like metal is impregnated with liquid metal, and a needle electrode coated with the liquid metal is inserted into the mesh. At the contact point, the mutual liquid metal is integrated and the contact interface is eliminated. In the event of an arc, the vaporized liquid metal adheres to the electrode and returns to its original state. This results in low resistance and durability. Improved \n contacts and switches reduce heat generation in circuits that handle high currents, increasing safety and improving efficiency.
